Stitch Studio originates from the 25 year legacy that was Janie’s Draperies. Purchasing the drapery workroom in the summer of 2018, Linda Pastor Hodnett, an A.S.I.D interior designer with over 30 years in the design industry, wanted to create the soft goods workroom she's always dreamed of. A studio for designers, by a designer. A one stop designer’s resource for custom interior soft goods in San Diego.

What We Do
For over 25 years, our workroom has assisted both high end interior design firms and independent interior designers with all their interior soft good fabrication needs. This includes, but is not limited to, custom window treatments, pillows, bedding, cushions, and more for a variety of applications such as model and private homes, boats, hotels, and office spaces.
Stitch Studio takes things a step further. We wanted to help designers design and fabricate the rooms they envision, from concept, to fabric selection, and more. We recognize that not everyone knows draperies, window treatments, and interior soft goods. That’s our expertise. Our team of fabrication experts, seamstresses, and trusted installers can help you transform your ideas into a reality, creating the living spaces you’ve imagined.
